Chris Wirth (Owner)
Chris has 13 years experince in the construction industry. From supervising jobs to doing takeoffs and accounts payable, he has worked in all aspects of the field.

Eric Binkowski (Owner)
Eric has 12 years in the construction industry. Eric specializes in budgeting and estimating, but maintains a steady grasp on “in the filed supervision”. He believes that the numbers he budgets for should be seen outside the office space.

Corporate Resume

• Loudoun County Public Schools, Loudoun County, VA
  Responsibilities included acoustical ceiling work, bulkheads for HVAC improvements, paint, drywall, insulation, concrete patch and repair, flooring, trim and millwork.


• Spotsylvania County Public Schools - Spotsylvania County, VA
  Responsibilities included all foundation work, concrete work, masonry work, cutting of existing and installation of new structural steel, all flooring (carpet, tile, etc.), vinyl base moulding, interior walls (metal framing including all drywall work), installation of new commercial grade doors and frames, installation and fabrication of all necessary casework, cabinetry work, laminate countertops, custom moulding and trim work throughout, custom staining, all project close out (final cleaning, windows, etc.).


• National Institute of Health (Bethesda, MD)
  Responsibilities included all necessary patching and repairing of drywall, acoustical ceiling and paint to accommodate new HVAC system. Also included installation of approximately (75) fire rated access panels throughout the two buildings. All work done during third shift (nights).


• Industrial Facility
  We have under contract a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Marshall, Virginia for an excavating/asphalt company. We are the primary general contractor.
